After successfully closure of Deals, the project is automatically created in Zoho Projects applications and some agreements, documents were automatically sent to the customer and the signed copy of the agreement were received back via Zoho Sign. Once Project is created in Zoho projects we have automated the Milestone, task list and task allocation through project templates. Once the user starts working on the projects the reminder email is triggered to the user and the task is overdue the email will get triggered to the users / task owners email address. The whole automation from CRM to Projects happened due to the custom functions and the workflows.

According to the industry requirement, In Zoho CRM, we managed to store the Patients and Doctors data using our default modules ie. Contacts and Accounts. There were two type of verticals: B2B and B2C. To store B2C data, a new custom module was implemented and set the flow from Leads to B2C module. The enquires from B2C were converted directly to the custom module with the help of custom button.
To assemble the process in a smooth way and to give an attractive and interesting look for each module, the CANVAS was designed for them.
For check-in check-out for Sales team, our Zoho CRM’s mobile application was a helpful tool for them. As the sales person was able to do so from a different customer’s location. Due to this process, the management could track their monthly client visits.
In Zoho People, we’ve well run onboarding process, capturing employee details and documents, setting up attendance and leave policies, and implementing performance management features like KRA tagging and self-appraisal. Geo restrictions and biometric attendance ensure accurate attendance tracking. Integration with Zoho Payroll automates record syncing for seamless payroll management.
