Jambhekar Automation: Rescuing a Zoho One Subscription That Had Stopped Being Used
The Challenge
Jambhekar Automation adopted Zoho One to bring its operations onto one digital platform. The plan was sound. The implementation was not.
- Only Zoho CRM was in real use — most of the suite the company was paying for sat untouched
- The CRM had been configured, but not around how the business actually worked, so users struggled to apply it to day-to-day tasks
- Nobody could tell which requirements standard Zoho features would cover and which needed customisation — so decisions stalled
- HR, finance, support, sales, marketing and inventory each ran on separate processes, with nothing joining them
- Adoption fell away, and usage of the platform reduced
The Solution
ITOTCloud Systems started with the business, not the software. Before any configuration, the team documented how the company actually worked, what users were struggling with, and what each requirement needed.
First: a requirement map, not a rebuild
- Detailed discussions with the Jambhekar team to record existing processes and pain points
- A structured requirement list covering the existing process, the user requirement, the current challenge, the available Zoho functionality, any customisation needed, and the proposed solution
- Each requirement sorted by feasibility — standard feature, workflow and automation, customisation, or an alternative approach
That single exercise removed the uncertainty that had stalled the project, and became the implementation roadmap.
Second: rebuild CRM around the real sales process
- Existing modules reviewed, fields and layouts reconfigured to match how the team actually sells
- Workflows, reports and process visibility set up against the documented process
- Open CRM issues resolved before anything new was added
Then: expand across Zoho One, department by department
| Application | What it took on |
|---|---|
| Zoho People + Payroll | Employee records, HR operations and payroll brought into one connected environment |
| Zoho Desk | Support requests recorded as tickets, assigned, and tracked through their lifecycle |
| Zoho Mail | Business email brought alongside the other applications |
| Zoho Marketing | Marketing activity coordinated with customer-facing processes |
| Zoho Books + Inventory | Accounting and stock managed in the same ecosystem as sales and support |
Users were then guided through the configured applications and their processes — the step that had been missing the first time.
The Outcome
- The CRM gaps that had stalled adoption were resolved against the company’s actual business processes
- Users gained clear guidance on applying Zoho to their own work, and confidence returned
- The system now reflects documented requirements rather than default application settings
- Eight applications in active use, up from effectively one
- Sales, HR, payroll, support, email, marketing, finance and inventory run in one connected environment
- Cross-department visibility improved, with less dependency on disconnected systems
- A platform the company can keep expanding as requirements grow
What the Client Said
“Hello, I am Tushar Jambhekar from Jambhekar Automation Pvt. Ltd. We recently did a Zoho One integration, and we got it done from ITOT Cloud Systems Pvt. Ltd.
It was a very good experience to work with them. They offered good training for our team, helped us configure the system, and took up all the Zoho One packages that we wanted to use — and helped us get to a good understanding very quickly. Thank you.”
